what is the process to stage?
Center Staged Home Designs will schedule a consultation to view the subject property and access the staging and design needs. Based on the staging and design service package selected (Opening Act, Supporting) furniture and accessory rentals are for a max of 45 days. We at Center Staged Designs understand the climate of Real Estate and market conditions and will do our absolute best to accommodate extenuating circumstances and will evaluate extending rental terms on a case by case basis for the Center Staged services package.

how do I prepare my home for staging?
Center Staged Home Designs works closely with the homeowners/agents to prepare the home for staging day by providing a very detailed checklist of things to do prior to install. Once the home has been prepared, after carefully selecting the perfect complimentary furniture and decor items, Center Staged Home Designs will do all things necessary to make your space showcase ready.
what happens once the home is sold?
After contract of the home is in place, Center Staged Home Designs will coordinate pickup and de-staging of all furniture and accessory rentals.
