My name is Lakisha Nicole and I founded Center Staged Home Designs while experiencing a rewarding career as a successful Real Estate Broker Licensed in the state of Virginia. Having an artistic and creative spirit naturally, I am continuously inspired in design with my travels around the world, which often are reflected in my work through colors, textures, and art.
Center Staged HD is a boutique style professional staging and home design business who's target market is for those who are seeking professional and personalized design ideas and services that are truly individual to help narrate the story of each home.
I am a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Richmond Association of REALTORS (RAR), and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Having established connections with my peers and local businesses , I am excited to continue on my journey in the industry of staging, design, and real estate. I take pride in entrepreneurship as an industry insider and professional. My understanding of interpersonal skills and superb customer service are reinforced by client satisfaction. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and style are my expertise.
Outside of curating art, design essentials, and furniture, my favorite things to do are spending time with my loved ones, traveling, and attending musical and theatrical shows.
